• Hours Required: All agents must complete 24 hours of Continuing Education biennially. Agents who hold a multi-line license (Life, Accident & Health, Property & Casualty etc.) must complete a minimum of 8 of the 24 hours for each line an agent is licensed for or your license will not be renewed. • Carry Over Hours: Agents may only carry over 18 hours of Continuing Education
  for the next reporting period. You may only repeat Continuing Education Courses every three years.
  
  
• Change of Address: An agent must report to the South Carolina Department of Insurance a change of address for residence or business address with in 30 days. If not complied with the agent will receive a fine. www.doi.state.sc.us
