• Hour Requirements:  Resident producers must earn at least 24 credits from approved CE courses.  Of the total, at least 3 must be in laws/regulations/ethics and at least 6 must be specific to each line of insurance for which the producer is licensed.

• CE Renewal Date:
• License #’s 1080000 and below expire on the producer’s birthday in 2007 and renew thereafter on the odd year birthday.  2007 – 12 hours.
• License #’s 1080001 and above expire on the producer’s birthday in 2008 and renew thereafter on the even year birthday.  2008  – 24 hours.
  
  
• Recordkeeping Fee:  Full 24-hour Package: $12.00 * ½ or ?  Package: $6.00
  
  
• Final Exam:  Final Exam must be proctored by a disinterested party
• Repeat Course:  Courses may not be taken more than once during any reporting period.
• Carry Over:  No credit my be carried over form one biennium to another.
